Not sure if this has been reported yet but I did a quick search on the forum and couldn't find anything similar.
I am using OSX 10.6.8 with Evernote 2.2.0 (152876) and have had an issue with two notebooks having the same name - one under "Account" and another under "Shared" - where every time I create a new note with the "Account" tab selected, the note is created under the Shared notebook instead.
The behaviour is that you click on the New Note button and it looks like nothing happens and you can never add a new note to that Notebook when in fact the notes are getting created but under the Shared one.
The work around is obviously renaming one of the notebooks to something else but I just thought I'd let you know in case anyone else reports the same issue.
