(Archived) Synchronize immediately on any change problem

I thought that the "Synchronize immediately on any change" would be nice, except for one thing: Every time I type into the tape, the tape refreshes and my next keystroke goes to wherever the new focus is, which is often the beginning of a new note. Maybe it could wait until the note I'm typing has lost input focus, or had me not typing for a certain period of time. In any event, unexpectedly using input focus is annoying!
