I am currently pairing Evernote with Readies Reader. I can do a work around to highlight text in Evernote but I value the TTS in reader to review the clip prior to highlighting. Unfortunately Evernote has waived TTS and will not work with the Mac TTS.

I would be willing to pay extra for that service.
