Adjustment Request: Disable Quick Insert for Full-Width Input Modes

Hi Evernote Team and Community,

I've noticed a challenge with the "/" quick insert feature that I believe could be improved. When using full-width input methods, like Japanese, the "/" key often serves a different function. Currently, pressing "/" still activates quick insert, which disrupts the typing experience for users relying on these input methods.

Feature Request: Could the Evernote team consider disabling the quick insert feature when a full-width input method is active? This adjustment would greatly enhance the writing process for users across various languages, ensuring the feature enriches the experience without causing unintended interruptions.
