Duplicate tags appearing in Tag View

On my iPhone using iOS Evernote when I tap on Tags to go to the Tag view I see multiple versions of each tag. If I tap in Find tags and type in a tag I know is there, the results never show the tag I am searching for and continue to show all tags as multiples. I have signed out and back in. I have deleted the app and installed it again and logged back in. This issue continues for me. I am paying for an Evernote Personal Plan and have been for years. 

I am using iOS Evernote 10.75.0 (1216438) on my iPhone 14 on iOS version 17.2.1. A colleague of mine has the same version and iOS and is also experiencing the same issue. Yes, another colleague using the same Evernote version on an iPhone 15 Pro Max is not having this issue. 

See attachments showing the issue with duplicate tags appearing and how the search results within the Tags view do not appear even though it says 2 tags match.
