I originally signed up in 2018 and just signed back in. I have 2 notebooks and 8 notes, but every time I try to add or move something, I get a notice that I have to upgrade. I can't do anything, make any changes or even delete anything. The notice says I can have 1 notebook and 50 notes. Seems like it wants me to delete a notebook in order to proceed, but it won't let me.
I love this app, but am not interested in paying money for something that seems to be glitching somehow. Trying to figure out how to get support or ask a question was somewhat of a nightmare as well.
How can I figure out whether or not this can be remedied? I'm not paying money if I can't even figure out how to get support.
