Scrambled Text Glitch - Text is randomly reordered / jumbled after exiting out of notes

A few times a day, I'll exit a note, and when I return to it, text has been randomly moved around. In the examples below, I've highlighted text that was originally typed together but at some point became jumbled amongst the other text. So far I've only noticed it happening within a table where the moved text stays within its original cell but it sometimes split multiple times throughout the cell. I'd love to know how to avoid this glitch, it's been happening for probably 6 months, I kept hoping updates would fix it.
