Does Feedback work at all?

Now that I'm paying over $100 pa for subscription, I find pictures moved from one note to another just disappear, completely randomly. And when I try to Feedback this, the link is dead and has been dead for weeks, if not months. Attached picture of what appears.

Please fix this. I actually pay for this service and this problem did not use to happen.
