Task windows not populating in EN v10.65.3

My Task Windows do not populate in the EN Mac App.

I have attached screenshots (for the Task Window image, you'll have to imagine the rotating green Circle of Doom.)

My Mac OS is Sonoma 14.1

I am using the latest release:

10.65.3-mac-mas-public (20231103200848)
