Kicked Off Legacy w/o AutoCorrect, Work Around?

I have been using the Legacy Edition on a Mac, but I recently received a notification that it would no longer be operable. I am using the legacy edition for Auto Correct. Evernote has been very disappointing in regards to the removal of AutoCorrect (my understanding is that they didn't want to pay for it). 

I read some time ago that there is a third party application that runs in the background to provide AutoCorrect in Evernote. Does anyone know of a third party option or any other work around.

Evernote Team: plans to address this basic issue?

I'm in the same boat. I used Legacy until the last day (last week) simply because it had Autocorrect. Evernote is barely usable without it.
