I can hardly get any reminder emails any more since July/August 2023

I've been experiencing issues with receiving email reminders from Evernote since July, or perhaps even earlier. While I have received some reminders intermittently, I would estimate that the success rate is only about 40%.

 

However, things have taken a turn for the worse since the beginning of this month. The success rate has dropped to around 10%, with only about 1 out of every 10 reminders actually making it to my mailbox.

 

The email reminder feature has always been one of my favorite aspects of Evernote, and I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be addressed or, at the very least, looked into.

 

For reference, I primarily use the Android app and also access Evernote via the web version on both Windows and MacOS. While I have noticed almost no notifications on my Android 12.0 device, it's not a major concern if the email reminder function is working correctly.
