HELP1 Can't get into my Evernote Premium account

Helloo! 

I upgraded from an iPhone 12 to a iPhone 14 this weekend. Unbeknownst to me, the Microsoft Authenticator information did not transfer over. I did not realize this until I got home. Every time I try and log into my Evernote account it tries to send me to the old authenticator ... which I cannot see. I am now locked out of my account. I had to open a new account to even get access to support or even an email address from Evernote. I need to gain access to this account. Any tips are much appreciated. BTW ... I already sent a message to Evernote with a ticket # attached. Any other tips on how I can I get this rectified?
