This has been reported repeatedly.  I cannot figure out how to put in a support request so I am re-upping this. 


I often have to resend email notes.  This worked fine for the first 10 years I used Evernote but now it is 50% reliable.  

First 1) how do I put in a support ticket about this.  I cannot figure out how to do that.  and

2) can this Schroedinger's Feature please be fixed. having it work part-time is very frustrating.
