The tag filter seems to be broken

I just upgraded to the latest version of Evernote. When I filter by tag via Alt+F2, then reapply the tag filter to select another tag, ALL of my tags are able to be selected instead of only relevant tags that the notes contain.

 

For instance, suppose I create a new note and give it tag A and tag B. When I apply the tag filter and select tag A, if I were to apply the tag filter again, I should only see tag B listed, but instead, it lists all of my tags! This obviously makes the tag filter useless.

 

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Is there an option I need to enable? This issue seems to also apply to the web version of Evernote.
