When a note has a long title and it's truncated in the notes list the tooltip for the full title pops up almost immediately. This makes it hard to select the correct note as the tooltip appears so fastly and hides several other notes.
Preferably the tooltip delay would be in settings so one could set it based on personal preferences.

Please add a tooltip delay for the notes list.
