Web Clipper Failing to clip article

About a month and a half ago my work PC (Win10) Web clipper stopped working.  I am logged in, but when I clip the green elephant, nothing happens at all!  This is very frustrating!  Then I just came home tonight to find that the web clipper at home started to do the same thing...nothing.  What gives?  Using Chrome.

And after uninstalling the web clipper add-in, now it doesn't even show up in the Chrome add-in search field, so I can't even reinstall it!

 

Is Chrome not supporting this add-in anymore?!

managed to reinstall and now works just fine.
