Recurring (Scheduled) NOTES - great for recurring Journals, routine meetings, routing planning

I might have the same planning steps for routine projects.  Or I might have several items in my weekly review note.

This is more than a simple recurring "Task".  A recurring (scheduled) NOTE may have multiple steps or just multiple items I need to review routinely.

HOW?  Allow a NOTE TEMPLATE to be scheduled like a routine task.  Weekly?  Let me pick the days.  (eg Weekly on Mon, Wed)    Or, Monthly on the "xx" day of the month.  Or maybe daily.

Then add a "time" of day trigger that template to be created on that routine day.
