Sort by "None" and per sort configuration for notes

Two feature requests 

• Add the ability to of manual sort within a notebook.  This allows users to decide what is important (i.e. the order manually done by the user).  It's not always about title or date.
• Add the ability for each notebook to have individual sort preferences.  While manual sort is awesome for one notebook, date based sort may be more appropriate for another, etc.

Of course there would be a system default for sorting which new notebooks would inherit when created.  After creation, the above two features come into play.
