Do not show update window while not using the app

Please do not show the update window while not using Evernote in the foreground. The update notification interrupts focused working or screen sharing sessions in Teams.

This is essentially my request as well. Using Windows, v 10.4something.  I don't mind it updating, but maybe update it in the middle of the night? let us schedule it just like everything else. If it happened in the background that would also be fine.  Anything!.. except popping up that annoying window while I'm in the middle of something else.  Popups are an easy way to get people to uninstall, and this is literally the only app that pops up on my computer.
