Stack structure is missing under "move note" dialog box (for EN web)

When you select "move note" the notebook list appears without stacks shown, and without the order provided by the stack groupings to expand/collapse.

(I am aware you cannot move a note to a stack itself, but the stack structure is needed to help navigate and interpret the notebook list.)

This is clearly a mistake because I seem to recall EN web used to do this, and the Android version has this functionality....can see stacks and expand/collapse them.
