Saved font color changes when 10.36 Desktop PC Note opened on IOS Device 10.30.1

Note created on Desktop PC 10.36 contains table. column headings are dark background (blue or red) - text for column heading is white -

Open same note on iphone IOS 10.30 shows black text for column heading

Re-open same note on desktop and column heading text has changed from white to black

?????
