Feature request: Extract new note from selected text: Simplify set of required manual operations to one hotkey

When editing some note and there growing text block that would be better to replace by link to separate note, current required set of hotkeys for this operation:

Ctrl+X, Ctrl+N, Ctrl+V, Alt+Shift(switch to gui language), Alt+ russian"З", russian"с", Alt+Tab, Ctrl+V

it would be very convenient to do it all with one hotkey:

1. cut selected text
2. create new note
3. paste text
4. Note->Copy internal link (Ctrl+Alt+L hotkey for now (6.25.1.9091 (309091) Windows mapped to this command only in main window, not in separate note window)
5. paste link to prev note to replace extracted text
