Windows app with blur when opened at desktop

Hi, when i open the app after the last update now all of GUI all takes an blur over all content, check it in below. Before this update, the blur appear when I scroll at some link with protocol e.g: https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/forum/720-evernote-for-windows-issues-versions-100-and-above/?do=add

Someone can help me please, I need to continue my studys hahahaha. Thanks advanced.

Wanted to give Evernote a chance over Onenote but same problem - BLURRY !  Totally useless.  According threads this has been appering for years?  Still not fixed ?
