When searching within a title, it would be very helpful in some cases to be able to specify that the match should start from the Left, i.e. from the beginning of the title, rather than matching a portion of the title somewhere in the middle.
How about providing an "anchor" syntax such as the "^" in awk, perk, python, and other regex implementations.
So, for example:
intitle:^term would match [Term lorum ipsum la di da] but not
