Legacy Android - can it work?

Legacy Android started messing up, tried to reinstall from previous link, now cannot log in.

New Evernote slow and very badly designed.

I need to use Legacy but can't log in - any ideas?

Deleted old app, tried several times, Android 10.

Is it still possible to use Legacy in Android?
