10.12.5 - Cannot use clipper by clicking evernote icon on windows taskbar

I am used to right clicking the evernote icon on the taskbar to trigger the screen clipping tool.

After updating to 10.12.5, this has disappeared. Now when I right click on the evernote icon, there is nothing
