[DECLUTTERING] Last Access of a note + Report

It would be nice to have the info of last access of a note, together with the info of "created" and "last updated". That feature would help clean old notes that are not useful anymore, reduce Evernote storage and make search easier (considering that there would be less notes about a searched issue).

As a complement, it would be nice to have a report of number of notes accessed in the last 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years and not accessed in last 5 years. Being possible to have the analytics of this report, or clicking and having the list of notes to exclude or modify would be awesome.
