Link Management in the latest Update (10.8.5-win-ddl-public (2367))

Support Team:

Clicking directly on links in my Notes in the latest update no longer functions properly:

1. Links to local folders: Links no longer work at all 
2. Links to other Evernote Notes: Ctrl Clicking used to bring up the other note directly in a new separate window, now clicking or control clicking brings up the entire interface

These changes are very disruptive, is it possible to fix them?
