I had to factory reset my old phone unexpectedly and it didn't fix the issue. I got a new Android phone and put in Evernote from my apps. There are no notes there and I checked the web and there are no notes there, either. I have information, door codes, technical needs and much more from the last 6 years or more. I have tried syncing, but so far nothing has come in. Why are they not appearing on the web? Would my old phone have not every synced them? What can I do to try and recover all these notes? If I paid for pro or premium would they be able to then get them for me?
