"More" menu on formatting bar always activating when a note is opened

Whenever I click on a note to enter text, the "more" menu in the formatting toolbar always opens. Because it's open, it impacts the ability to change the title of a note, or enter text etc - and it's visually annoying.

So every time I switch notes I have to start by clicking the "more" menu on the formatting toolbar to close it.

Thought I should report in case it's annoying others too.

Same thing is happening to me. Don't know of any solutions just yet
