But the recent update makes it unpossible to use a scanner and load a document directly. I downdates the legacy update again and it works fine. I have 4 scanners Canon dr-c225w . I hope you find a way to keep using your software with the scanners. kind regards Link to comment
RichardSmith123 0 Posted March 8, 2021 Share Posted March 8, 2021 I bought a scanner from House of Toner around 9 months ago. After 3 months, an update came and I couldn't use my scanner anymore. I called their customer care department and they send their representative. Within 3 days, my problem was resolve. I suggest you contact them and they'll definitely resolve your problem Link to comment
