I also couldn't find where to place a support ticket and again I couldn't figure out how (and that says something). I have no problem continuing to use your service for free. I have been trying to renew my subscription with the same card but the system reverted an error. Then I cancelled my Premium subscription and tried to buy it again but the same error appears. I have tried 3 (three!!!) different debit cards, all are valid, of course, and available for an online payment. The error is the same. Good bye Evernote, I will shift to different software now.
