Sanaz 0 Posted January 26, 2021 Share Posted January 26, 2021 I'm having serious issues with the mobile app. When I open it up it asks me to confirm/update my email and I confirm it but then the same message continues to pop up. Then I choose "update" email instead to see if that changes anything but it takes me to a page with an error message. Finally its not syncing with my desktop app. It says it has synced but it hasnt. It's been this way for a few days now. Maybe a week. I use this app almost daily and I really need this to be fixed asap!!!! Link to comment
