I had two factor authentication on my (very old) account which has been around since around 2004. I've since changed my phone numbers and don't have access to backup codes. On the bottom there is a 'contact help desk' and the link does not work. I've tried multiple times with multiple browsers. I need help gaining access to my account. I had to create this new one in order to have access to the forums. Thank you.
