Pop Up Window with Spinning Wheel

Anytime I open Evernote, a pop-up window comes up with a green spinning wheel. After a 10 seconds or so, it goes away briefly, then comes right back. It just keeps doing this leaving my Evernote app useless to me. I've recorded a video. This issue seemed to start when I downloaded Evernote onto my work computer which uses Windows. Now, when I open Evernote on my personal computer (Mac) the same issue happens.  Anyone know what is causing this and how to fix this? Thanks!

I ended up finding a solution. I was logged on to more computers than I was allotted. I signed out from all but 2 devices, and that seemed to fix it. I'd be curious if that works for the others that posted here.

That solution worked out for me. I had to login in the web page and I immediately saw under preferences that I had more than 2 devices registred. And my limit is also 2 devices.
