Issue with opening shared notes "Note is unavailable. Make sure you are online"

There is something wrong with opening shared notes, it shows "Note is unavailable. Make sure you are online", but there is no issue with my internet. I wonder what happen to the evernote app.

FYI, the evernote i used is on Mac with latest version of evernote being installed.

How to resolve this issue??
