Widget disappears

Hi Evernote Team.
 

Just a request of help for a malfunction of Evernote, please.
 

I have a Samsung Note 9, android 10.
 

It's nearly 2 years i use your App and It worked always pretty well.
 

Over the last 10 days it happens that every 1-2 days the widget disappears and the only way to restore it, is to cancel the App and download it again from the Play Store.
 

This malfunction is really annoying and if I cannot find a resolution I will need to find another App.
 

Can you help, please.
