PDFs Saved to Evernote Note Will Note Open and I am Unable to Submit a Ticket (I have a premium account).

I have had some level of an Evernote paid account going back to 2016. I saved some PDFs from a continuing education course into a note. A few years have passed and I now want to view the PDFs. I found the note, I see the PDFs are there but I cannot open them in the PC app or in the web. I attempted to submit a support ticket, but every time I click the ticket link I am taken to a page that tells me I have logged out. Please help.
