How do I delete a short-cut??

Evernote is amazing, but I literally cannot write certain letters normally in my language because of it as it creates a new note, closes the app or does something else. Is there any way to somehow stop Evernote from doing this? I know that it was possible in the older version, but now I just cannot find any way to stop this from happening
