Where is "Open With" Context menu for the attached image?

In previous Evernote for Windows, I was able to right click the image, and there was "Open With" menu so that I can launch third party image manipulation program on the attachment. The new version (10.4.4) does not have that menu. Is there any way to restore "Open With" menu?
