Glitches in iPad iOS 14.2. Possibly due to template use on iPad

Inadvertently posted this on another thread but reposting here because it seems like the more appropriate place to post:

Just started using EN app on my iPad.....this all occurs when trying to use an EN template while using the EN app on IPad 

• Notes deleted as I added another note
• Tried to use a template...clicked “use template” and it does not show up...for some reason when I exit the app the template shows up in a different folder and other notes delete....
• when using a template on iPad app: the template shows up in another notebook and deletes notes in that notebook....seems to be a glitch with the template functionality within the EN app on iPad
