losing more recent versions of regularly updated notes

Dear All,

I have been increasingly frequently experiencing a problem I never had before. I use notes that I regularly update and increasingly often (since the last IOS update possibly) the most recent updates (even if saved before) disappear. Can you please help how to get to note history? I just upgraded to premium to be able to do it. Any tips on how to avoid such loss (often coming together with a “Note conflict” message) would be much appreciated. Better to save each update with a new name or does it further increase the risk of Note conflict reproducing? Evernote Heldesk replied that there is a 12+ day backlog in processing request so any help before would be much appreciated. Thanks!
