When I try to copy one note to another notebook I systematically get the message FAILED TO COPY NOTE.
This is a feature I need since I have students who each have a notebook and I need to be able to copy certain texts and audios into each one of their notebooks. They are all on different levels. Impossible to do one notebook to rule them all type of thing.

I am on Evernote WEB on pop os Linux
