I receive this message on 1 and only 1 note when I tap it on my android samsung galaxy s9.  On my laptop PC, there is no problem with the same note.  I used to access it frequently - more than any other note.  It is a note I would like to access freely and frequently as I put it there so I wouldn't be limited by the size restrictions of my corporate microsoft outlook.  It's not that large, just longer than is allowed to be displayed in the notes/comments section of ms_outlook contacts.  < 200 lines.

Is there a solution?
