How to keep the sort setting?

Hi,

I know this can be done because all the while it has been able to do so. I am not sure what wrong i did, the sort setting will always revert back to "Updated" and "Reverse Sort Order" after PC restart. This is very annoying to sort it every single time booting into windows. Please help on how to keep the sort setting permanently.
