YogaBook Annotation Not Working

I have the windows Beta on my Dell laptop and on my lenovo yogabook.

The beta works perfectly on my laptop its the yogabook that is having issues

 With my yoga book I am able to draw with the sketch feature perfectly but the moment I try to annotate a PDF it is either incredibly laggy to a point of being completely unusable or nothing happens at all.

The whole reason I use my yogabook is to take written notes for class and a big part of that is annotating pdfs. In the current state doing that is impossible.

Is anyone else having this issue?
