Screenshots from Evernote Helper in Menu Bar

For every "screenshot" that is saved in the Evernote Helper, it appears that the same file name/naming convention is used for the captured file. This makes it very difficult to find screenshots later, differentiate files from one another, and import Evernote screenshots onto my desktop or into another program. 

I'd love for Evernote's "Helper" to capture screenshots in a way that automatically appends the date/timestamp to the filename, to resolve this issue.
