Lost note?

I have been working on a note for a long time, using the web client (mac os, chrome).

Today, as I was working on it, I suddenly got a refresh of the page and my note went back to the status it was 2 days ago.

I don't understand how this is possible. My computer has always been connected, therefore even if I lose a sync is should be the last one, not all those of the last two days. If there was a problem with syncing note, it should have appeared in that moment, not with two days delay. If I check on the mobile app, I see that the note last sync is two days ago.

Any ideas of what happened and on how to recover the note?
