I haven't seen this idea in the forum. In the sense of collaboration, why isn't this possible yet?
When you share a note and other user is viewing it. Evernote now doesn't allow collaboration, even if that user is not editing the note but only have it open, you are locked out of making any changes in a note. Even if it's a headache to implement, at least allow to merge changes.
