Notes' url link in macOS client is broken by url encoded characters

1. Clip this page in chrome, and sync to macOS client

 

2. URL in the information popup panel is correct

 

 

 

 

3. However, url in the menu line above note title is incorrect. it's linked to the url_encoded "https://www.v2ex.com/t/496395%23reply4", which will be not accessed.
